French American Cider Exchange, 15 September 2011
apdev.glynwood.org  Slyboro Ciderhouse has been invited to participate in a Cider Exchange with cidermakers from La Perche, France this October and November.  6 cidre, pommeau and calvados producers from Normandy will tour cidermaking operations in the Hudson Valley Region in October (arranged through the Glynwood organization) and we will be able to go visit their respective cider operations in La Perche, France in November!!  Read about it through this link  apdev.glynwood.org
